Opinion: Flowers aren't overused.

flowers = overrated? nah.
"Flowers are used too often in photos."
"All flowers photos look the same!"

While I understand what people mean (to a certain extent, at least), I still believe flowers are a fine subject. You can always do something creative with any subject, and that includes flowers. But despite that, I think it's fine to take photos of flowers just because you want to appreciate the beauty in nature.

So don't be afraid if people say it's "overdone." Make the photo yours.
